Eligibility rules

Some conditions must be met so that you are eligible to purchase this insurance.

Policyholder

Is at least 18 years old.
Has their main residence in Belgium.
Has a valid driver's licence in Belgium.
Aggravation factors:
- Number of at-fault accidents
- Previous withdrawal of their driver's licence or evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
- Previous cancellation of their policy by an insurer (rule valid only for the policyholder)

The vehicle

Must be registered in Belgium.
Commercial use is not permitted (e.g. commercial passenger transport – taxi, Uber, etc. – or commercial rental).
No insurance cover is provided for diplomatic vehicles/plates.
Must be Fisker.
May exceed the number of kilometres indicated at the time of purchasing the insurance and driven during the covered period, but the premium will increase accordingly.
Your vehicle must meet all legal and regulatory requirements for driving in areas where liability insurance is mandatory.
