Fill out the claim form

Prepare the following documents:
- The pictures you took of the damaged vehicle(s)
- Your completed European Accident Form

Fill in all the fields on the form accurately and in detail. This will make it easier and quicker to process your request.

Once you have submitted the claim form, you don’t have to do anything else, unless we ask you for missing information.

We will process all the information you submitted to us as soon as possible.

We will respond to your claim.

If your claim is accepted, we will provide you with the best possible solution, whether in form of a repair or monetary reimbursement.
